SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
We are shipping orders as once a week with the USPS. Custom stamps do take a bit more time.
With so many shops moving to exclusively online orders, the post office is really busy and experiencing delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order makes it's way to you!
Can I order a gift and you ship directly to them?
Yes! It's easy to send a gift to a friend directly. Just enter their info in the shipping box at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift note, click on note to seller at checkout, a box will appear where you can type in the message. We won't include and pricing or invoice.
Do you ship orders internationally?
No, we no longer offer any international shipping.
Refunds:
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch asap and we will make it right. If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please email paperpastries (at) gmail (dot) com to do so.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please also include photos of damage. Custom stamps are not eligible for refunds.

Can my order be gift wrapped?
Yes, every order can be complimentary gift wrapped, with our house wrapping paper that varies design. If you'd like premium wrapping paper, tied with twine or ribbon, you can purchase that listing to add to your order here.
How does the frequent buyer card work?
Buy 10 greeting cards- get 1 free.
Buy 10 rubber stamps- get 1 free.
The card is double sided- one for rubber stamps and the other for greeting cards. Valid on all regular price single cards and regular price rubber stamps. If using a discount code, you won't get any stamps on your reward card. Once you purchase 10, your 11th is free.
Frequent buyer rewards not valid on orders using a discount code.
How do I redeem my frequent buyer reward?
If you'd like to redeem your reward, simply leave a note at checkout letting us know what you'd like. Don't add it to your cart, because you will be charged for it.
We offer custom rubber stamps, custom stationery & invitations, a huge selection of greeting cards, gifts, and gift wrap. Candles, art supplies, stickers, FUN STUFF. We also offer gift wrap services.
